Yes!  You can create your own folders or add samples to the default folders within the samples section of the plugin in your Finder/File Explorer window. 

Drumslot will automatically strip silence and normalise your samples to -12db, the same as our pre-loaded samples.

​Drumslot is for one shot drums only so for best use we recommend only dropping in one shots/short files in 16bit and 44.1 kHz sample rate.

When you purchase our products you will be sent an email with both a Windows and Mac installer. Please open the one appropriate to your computer and follow the instructions. The installer will place the Audio Unit, VST3 and samples in the appropriate folders.

​You will also be sent a separate email with your serial code/licence key which you will be asked to input once only when you load the plugin.  

When you download our products you will be sent both a Windows and Mac installer with an AU, VST3 and samples.

​Some users are experiencing issues with Macs with the latest M1 chip however many users are not. We are currently working on an update to resolve M1 issues. If you are experiencing issues with your plugin and provide us with evidence we are happy to issue a full refund if we cannot provide you with an operational update within 14 days of purchase.

As is the case with many plugins and users on different systems, some users may experience technical issues with the plugin. If the user can provide evidence such as a video to of the plugin not working correctly to support@vegas-audio.com, we will offer a refund within 14 days if we cannot provide the customer with a fully functional product. We are constantly working on updates for Drumslot so we will do our very best to resolve any issues.
